Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Structured PPM programmes across domestic properties, residential developments and commercial sites throughout London and the South East.
The challenge
Breakdowns cost more than maintenance
Without a planned programme, faults are only found when something fails. Emergency repairs cost more, residents are disrupted and compliance checks are missed.
Our maintenance approach is designed to keep your systems operating safely and efficiently while reducing the risk of unexpected failures and costly downtime. We create tailored maintenance schedules based on your equipment, usage and site requirements, so all servicing and compliance checks are carried out consistently and on time.
